"The Core.” A concept that is interpreted many ways. The information in this class will enlighten you to the true core and its 26 muscles. You will learn why developing core strength is important and the benefits of a strong, balanced and stabilizing core. Each student will be able to experience Pilates movements for the first time or enhance current skills.

May's seminar topic was "What Core Strength IS"....and everyone loved it. We hosted two seminars for this popular topic and attracted over 30 attendees all tolled. Friends, families and other members of the community enjoyed the discussion, interaction and experiencing their "core"....some for the first time!
