Oftentimes we have the tendency to strengthen the muscles we can see, like our Biceps (arms), Quadriceps (thighs), and the infamous abdominal six-pack. In reality, these muscles limit our ability to move freely and will cause discomfort. This seminar will discuss these muscles with an interactive demonstration to show you which muscles need to be isolated to allow stress free movement.
