Proper Movement for Spring Activities

How important is a balanced posture and movement while performing the necessary chores of spring cleaning and  preparation? We don’t usually think of how we are breathing, the way we bend, or if we are hydrated. This class will offer suggestions to move properly to prevent serious injury. We’ve waited long enough for spring, we need to be able to enjoy it pain-free!

Looking back...

...at April's "Proper Movement for Spring Activities"

Dennis Gibbons, LMT & Hayley Kotton, LMT demonstrate and lead the group in a proper movement exercise. (above & below)

April 8th's Seminar was almost as well recieved as the beautiful Spring weather enjoyed the last few days! Couples and friends gathered at CVWC's Beachwood office to learn about using our bodies properly as we engage in outdoor activities (that exclude shoveling snow and scraping off the cars!).  As we welcome mild temperatures and the chores and activities that come with it, we must remember to breathe, stay hydrated & let the proper muscles do the work! Join us for May 13th's much anticipated topic: "What Core strength IS"
